How it works
- Tell us where and when. Pick your enrolment centre (or a radius or state), your date window, and your current appointment date if you have one. Add your phone number.
- We watch the scheduler. We check CBP's public scheduler every four minutes. Slots mostly appear when someone cancels.
- You get a text. If a slot opens that is earlier than your appointment, we text you the centre, date and time. You book it yourself at ttp.cbp.dhs.gov.

What we don't do
- We don't book appointments. You do, in your own account.
- We never ask for your Trusted Traveler login.
- We don't guarantee a slot. A slot can be taken before you reach it. We promise a text message, not an appointment.
Questions
Will I still have to book it myself?
Yes. We send the text. You open ttp.cbp.dhs.gov, log in to your own account and book. We never see your login.
What if no slot opens?
If we send no alert before your watch expires, we refund you automatically. You do not need to ask.
Is this allowed?
We read the scheduler CBP publishes without logging in, at a polite pace. We do not book or act on your behalf. We are not affiliated with CBP or any government body.
How fast is the text?
We check every four minutes, then send the text as soon as we see a match. Delivery depends on your carrier.
Do you cover NEXUS and SENTRI?
Yes. They use the same CBP scheduler, so interview slots for Global Entry, NEXUS and SENTRI are all covered.
Can I watch more than one centre?
Yes. The Range plan watches every centre within your chosen radius or state for 60 days.
What do you keep, and how do I stop?
Your phone number, email, chosen centres, date window and appointment date. We delete it 30 days after your watch expires. Every message has a link to pause or cancel. Email support@earliernow.com for anything else.
