Terms of Service

Last updated: October 16, 2026. These terms are between you and EarlierNow, operated by EarlierNow ("we").

What we do. We watch a public appointment scheduler and send you a text when a slot matches your watch. That is all. We notify. We do not book, reschedule or cancel anything, and we never log in to any account of yours.

No guarantee. We do not guarantee that a slot will open, that you will receive an alert, or that a slot will still be there when you try to book it. Texts can be delayed by carriers or the source.

Not government. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for U.S. Customs and Border Protection, the Department of Homeland Security, or any government body.

Price. Single is $19 for one enrolment centre for 30 days. Range is $29 for every centre in your chosen radius or state for 60 days. One payment through Stripe. No renewal.

Automatic refund. If we send no alert before your watch expires, we refund the full amount to your original payment method. See the Refund Policy.

Acceptable use. Personal use only. One applicant per watch. Do not resell alerts, share them for payment, or use the service to run bulk bookings. We may cancel a watch that breaks these rules and, if we do, refund the unused time.

SMS Terms

By ticking the consent box at checkout and giving us your mobile number, you agree to receive text messages from EarlierNow about your slot watch: a confirmation, alerts when a matching earlier slot is found, and one expiry notice. Message frequency varies with openings. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop all messages; reply HELP for help or email support@earliernow.com. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase; without it we cannot provide the service, and you will be refunded under the automatic refund rule. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your mobile information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your responsibilities. Give us a phone number you own. Book appointments yourself, in your own account, and follow the scheduler's rules.

Limitation of liability. The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the watch. We are not liable for missed slots, delayed texts, travel costs, or indirect losses.

Changes and ending. You can pause or cancel from the link in any message. We may update these terms; changes apply to watches bought afterwards.

Governing law. The laws of the State of New Jersey apply.
